Refund Policy — Plush & Plastic We want you to love your find — please read the condition notes carefully before checkout. ABOUT OUR PIECES • Most items are independent vintage, pre-owned, opened-box, prize-figure, or 1-of-1 finds. • Vintage and pre-owned pieces may show age-related wear. That’s normal for vintage pieces. • When a listing is marked 1-of-1, the photos are of the actual item you’ll receive. Please review photos and condition notes before you buy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL • All items are final sale, including change of mind and wear that matches the listing notes. • The only exception is below. DAMAGED OR NOT AS DESCRIBED • If your item arrives damaged in transit, or is significantly not as described, email plushnplastic@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. • Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything. All approved claims require the item to be returned to us. For items damaged in transit, return shipping is paid by the buyer. For items significantly not as described, we cover return shipping. • Once we receive and check the item, we’ll refund to your original payment method or offer another fair fix.
